POLPERRO VILLAGE HALL HOUSE – Polperro Community Council

Prior to the public meeting held on the 3.4.25 Polperro Community Council issued the following correspondence in relation to suggestions to turn the Village Hall house into social/affordable housing.

“If a group from within the community wished to draw up a detailed and costed plan to convert the house into social housing, and to identify where the funding would come from and with a clear plan for managing the let for the foreseeable future then the Council would review the proposal”

To date no proposals have been submitted to the Parish Council. Following the public meeting on the 28.11.25 this statement still stands.

Proposals should be submitted to the Parish Clerk at clerk@polperrocommunitycouncil.gov.uk.

This should also include details of the members of the group and the constitution/terms of reference it is working under.
